Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 technological milestones
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead quantum error mitigation strategies for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum processors and control systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen encryption standards
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum advantage in specific industry verticals
- Present quantum computing strategies to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and compilation (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proficiency in quantum error correction and fault-tolerance protocols
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms and variational methods
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware constraints (superconducting, trapped ion, photonic)
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical implementations
