Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and molecular modeling
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum-classical hybrid architectures
- Research novel quantum materials and superconducting qubit technologies
- Create quantum simulation frameworks for drug discovery and climate modeling
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy benchmarks
- Document quantum computational protocols for enterprise integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological computing
- Proficiency with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Experience leading quantum computing research projects
- Certification in Quantum Computing Architecture (QCA)
