Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging QIP (Quantum Information Processing) principles
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum gate implementations
- Create quantum algorithm roadmaps for practical industry applications
- Present breakthrough findings at premier quantum computing conferences
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum software development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum software development
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error mitigation techniques
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum computing platforms
- Strong background in distributed systems and high-performance computing
