Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography, AI optimization, and molecular modeling
- Architect quantum-classical hybrid systems with 99.9% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Secure $5M+ in quantum research grants through NIH and DARPA partnerships

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum computing experience
