Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error-corrected systems for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Design fault-tolerant quantum processors operating at millikelvin temperatures
- Optimize quantum circuits for hardware-specific constraints (superconducting, photonic, ion-trap)
- Develop quantum security protocols resistant to next-generation cyber threats
- Translate complex quantum principles into actionable business solutions
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum algorithm research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven experience with quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum information theory and entanglement protocols
- Familiarity with cryogenic quantum systems and microwave control electronics
