Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead quantum algorithm development for optimization, cryptography, and AI acceleration
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications and error-correction protocols
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks for pre-commercial validation
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and strategic partners
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen communication networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science (Master's with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum systems architecture
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
