Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical systems for enterprise-scale deployment
- Conduct performance modeling of quantum processors at scale
- Collaborate with hardware teams to advance qubit stability and coherence times

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
