Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows to solve complex optimization problems
- Lead quantum algorithm development for cryptography and machine learning applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to define quantum processor specifications
- Create quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Research emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonics) for integration roadmaps
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming paradigms and error correction
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with hybrid quantum-classical systems (e.g., QAOA, VQE)
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
