- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype quantum machine learning models
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge methodologies
- Secure patents for novel quantum computational approaches
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum computing systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum SDKs
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Strong background in topological quantum computing
