Responsibilities
- Design and implement hybrid quantum-AI neural architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists, machine learning engineers, and neuroscientists
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum neural networks at scale
- Create simulation frameworks for quantum-AI hybrid system performance optimization
- Architect secure quantum-encrypted data pipelines for Fortune 500 clients
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Physics, or AI/ML with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and AI frameworks (TensorFlow Quantum, PyTorch)
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum neural networks
- Experience architecting enterprise-grade quantum solutions
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy thresholds and fault-tolerant computing
- Strong background in distributed computing and high-performance systems
