Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for unsupervised learning
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Create fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for AI workloads
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating research into production-ready solutions
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science and top-tier conferences
- Secure $5M+ in federal grants for quantum-AI initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers and foster innovation through hackathons
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum/AI journals
- Expertise in tensor networks and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, or IonQ)
