Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for NISQ-era hardware
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for exponential speedups
- Create fault-tolerant error correction protocols for quantum AI systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI applications
- Publish peer-reviewed research and secure patents in emerging fields
- Contribute to quantum-safe cryptographic frameworks for 2026 infrastructure
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum computing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Expertise in machine learning architectures (transformers, GANs, RL)
- Publication record in quantum computing or AI conferences
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and information theory
- Familiarity with quantum hardware constraints (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Experience with high-performance computing and GPU acceleration
