Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural network architectures for real-world optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for machine learning acceleration

- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals (Nature Quantum, Science AI)
- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for quantum-AI initiatives
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on quantum computing adoption strategies
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum circuit simulation (Qiskit, Cirq) and ML frameworks
- Publication record in quantum machine learning or related fields
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong Python/C++ programming with quantum algorithm implementation
- Experience securing government research grants (NSF, DOE, DARPA)
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement in neural networks
