Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning frameworks for 2026-era computational challenges
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and AI engineers in algorithm development
- Publish breakthrough research in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE conferences
- Develop proprietary quantum neural network architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Partner with product teams to commercialize quantum-AI solutions for enterprise clients
- Secure $5M+ in NSF/DARPA grants for quantum-AI research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ peer-reviewed papers on quantum machine learning or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane frameworks with hands-on quantum hardware experience
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow with quantum circuit integration
- Track record of leading $1M+ R&D projects with measurable deliverables
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
