Responsibilities
- Architect quantum neural networks for next-gen AI applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists and machine learning engineers

- Secure $10M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA

- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms at FAANG or quantum startups
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum supremacy
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum error correction frameworks
- Proven track record leading $5M+ research initiatives
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong Python/C++ programming with quantum simulation experience
