Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computational frameworks for real-world applications
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm performance on emerging quantum processors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced AI models
- Publish findings in top-tier scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Secure research funding through competitive grant proposals and industry partnerships
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our quantum computing educational programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, quantum information theory, and quantum error correction
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum/AI research
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum hardware architectures and constraints
- Ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
