Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for real-world problem-solving
- Develop novel error correction protocols for large-scale quantum processors
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions into existing AI frameworks
- Research and prototype next-generation quantum neural network architectures
- Optimize quantum machine learning models for industrial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI compatible systems
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals and conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning systems
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Published research in quantum information science or AI
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
