Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services at high-profile events including concerts, trade shows, and hospitality suites
- Manage guest flow, access control, and VIP experiences with professionalism
- Execute event setups/breakdowns including furniture arrangement, signage, and technology support
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures while maintaining a positive atmosphere
- Collaborate with venue management and vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Document incident reports and maintain accurate attendance records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional event staffing or hospitality experience
- Valid NV Gaming Card (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to de-escalate situations
- Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays with minimal notice
- Proficiency with basic event technology (ticket scanning, RFID systems)
- Professional appearance and adherence to strict dress code standards
