Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Handle phone inquiries and coordinate with housekeeping/security teams

- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer service experience
