Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest assistance during events
- Manage crowd flow and ensure venue safety protocols are followed
- Set up and break down event equipment and decorations

Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations
- Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer literacy for ticketing systems
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
