Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper handling techniques
- Monitor pet health and behavior during outings
- Maintain detailed digital activity logs for each pet
- Administer basic care (water breaks, waste cleanup)
- Communicate professionally with pet owners via app updates
- Adapt walks to weather conditions and pet needs
- Attend bi-weekly training sessions and safety workshops
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to handle large dogs (up to 70 lbs)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Comfortable working in outdoor conditions (heat, humidity)
- Commitment to 20+ hours weekly availability
