Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk dogs in residential and urban environments
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners
- Administer basic care (fresh water, waste cleanup)
- Maintain accurate visit logs and client communication
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and owners
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk dogs in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Excellent communication skills (phone/email/text)
- Comfort handling large breeds and reactive dogs
- Availability mornings/afternoons (6AM-7PM)
- Passion for animal welfare and customer service
- Background check and drug screen required
