Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in residential neighborhoods and designated parks
- Provide fresh food and water as per owner instructions
- Clean up after pets and maintain clean walking equipment
- Monitor pet health and behavior, reporting any concerns
- Adhere to strict scheduling and punctuality requirements
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs and client communications
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to walk dogs of various sizes and breeds
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work outdoors
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Current pet first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
