Responsibilities
- Safely walk 2-4 dogs simultaneously using professional handling techniques
- Administer medications as needed with precise documentation
- Provide real-time photo/video updates via our mobile app
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication
- Adapt walks to pet-specific needs (behavioral, medical, exercise)
- Represent Urban Paws Elite with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Participate in ongoing pet safety training
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional dog walking experience
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent knowledge of dog behavior and breed-specific needs
- Proven ability to handle large/guardian breeds
- Reliable transportation with climate-controlled pet carrier
- Smartphone proficiency for client updates
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Local Jersey City residency preferred
