Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk multiple dogs simultaneously (1-3 dogs per group)
- Provide attentive care during walks including waste cleanup and hydration monitoring
- Administer basic medication (if certified) as per owner instructions
- Maintain detailed activity logs and client communication via app
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities
- Transport pets to/from appointments using company vehicles
- Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong physical ability to handle dogs of various sizes (up to 80 lbs)
- Excellent time management and punctuality skills
- Basic knowledge of dog behavior and handling techniques
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Comfortable operating in all Atlanta weather conditions
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
