Responsibilities
- Safely leash and walk dogs in designated San Francisco neighborhoods
- Provide real-time GPS-tracked walk updates via our mobile app
- Administer medications and special care instructions as needed
- Maintain detailed digital health and behavior logs for each pet
- Build client relationships through responsive remote communication
- Adhere to all city leash laws and safety protocols
- Participate in monthly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking experience
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong knowledge of SF neighborhoods and pet safety
- Comfortable with digital tools (app-based scheduling, GPS tracking)
- CPR/First Aid certification for pets (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional remote communication skills (phone/email/app)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and pet handling assessment
