Responsibilities
- Safely walk and supervise dogs in small groups or one-on-one settings
- Provide timely feeding, medication administration, and hydration checks
- Maintain detailed client records and activity logs
- Practice positive reinforcement training methods during walks
- Monitor pet health and behavior, reporting concerns promptly
- Clean and maintain equipment and transport vehicles
- Build strong relationships with pet owners through consistent communication
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and walk up to 5 miles daily
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Compassionate demeanor with genuine love for animals
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Pass background check and drug screening (provided)
- Must complete paid training program (paid at training wage)
