Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in various Anaheim neighborhoods while maintaining control and ensuring animal welfare
- Provide feeding, medication administration, and basic care services as needed
- Maintain detailed client records and activity logs via our mobile app
- Transport pets to veterinary appointments and grooming services
- Monitor pets for health changes and communicate concerns to owners
- Adhere to all safety protocols during off-leash park visits
- Build trustful relationships with clients through consistent, high-quality service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle with proof of commercial auto insurance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong knowledge of dog behavior, breed-specific needs, and handling techniques
- Excellent communication skills and client service orientation
- CPR/First Aid certification for pets (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
