About the Role:
As a Dog Walker, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our clients' furry family members receive the love, exercise, and attention they deserve while their owners are away. We pride ourselves on reliability and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily dog walks for multiple pets, ensuring they receive adequate exercise and fresh air.
- Monitor pet behavior during walks to ensure safety and address any immediate health concerns.
- Administer medications and dietary supplements as instructed by pet parents.
- Collect and dispose of waste in a timely and hygienic manner.
- Update client logs and provide detailed feedback on pet behavior and well-being.
- Ensure the safety of pets by adhering to all traffic and safety protocols.
- Interact positively with clients, answering questions and building long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with dog walking or pet sitting is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to walk for extended periods and handle dogs of various sizes.
- Strong sense of punctuality and time management.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic knowledge of pet first aid and CPR is a plus.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, and patient demeanor.
