Responsibilities
- Safely walk dogs in pairs or small groups (max 4 dogs)
- Maintain GPS tracking during all walks
- Administer basic care (water, treats as approved)
- Provide detailed post-walk reports via mobile app
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Ensure all equipment is sanitized and maintained
- Attend monthly safety training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Red Cross Pet First/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in coastal climate
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable smartphone with data plan
- Love for dogs of all breeds and sizes
