Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI models, focusing on scalability and efficiency for the 2026 market.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced techniques such as Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Design robust data pipelines and infrastructure to support high-throughput model training and inference.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with global AI ethics, safety, and privacy standards.
- Mentor senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Drive the adoption of new AI frameworks and hardware accelerators (e.g., NVIDIA H100, TPUs).
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and the Hugging Face ecosystem.
- Proven experience deploying production-grade LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama, Claude architectures).
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and MLOps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a passion for pushing the limits of AI capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
