Responsibilities
- Manage VIP guest experiences at premium events including corporate functions, concerts, and private celebrations
- Coordinate seamless event setup, execution, and breakdown with precision
- Lead and train event teams to ensure exceptional service standards
- Resolve client and guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Maintain detailed event documentation and post-event reporting
- Collaborate with venue partners and vendors for flawless execution
Qualifications
- 3+ years in premium event management or high-end hospitality
- Proven ability to manage teams of 10+ staff during complex events
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Prior experience with Pittsburgh venues preferred
