Responsibilities
- Deliver VIP guest services at premium venues (Oracle Arena, Fox Theater)
- Manage guest flow and ensure venue safety protocols
- Execute seamless event setups and teardowns
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Handle ticket scanning and access control
- Provide real-time event support and troubleshooting
- Maintain premium brand standards at all touchpoints
Qualifications
- 2+ years in premium event hospitality or venue management
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Professional demeanor and polished communication skills
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours in dynamic environments
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation
