Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest experiences at premium venues including Heinz Field and The Omni William Penn
- Manage VIP guest registration and credentialing protocols
- Coordinate seamless food/beverage service at luxury events
- Implement emergency response procedures for large-scale gatherings
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure operational excellence
- Maintain brand standards across all client touchpoints
- Provide real-time problem resolution during high-pressure scenarios
Qualifications
- Must be 21+ with reliable transportation
- Availability for evenings/weekends with 48-hour advance notice
- Professional appearance and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours on hard surfaces
- Successful background check and drug screening required
- Experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred
- Certification in CPR/First Aid a plus
