Responsibilities
- Execute flawless guest registration and VIP concierge services
- Coordinate complex event logistics including seating, flow, and vendor management
- Deliver five-star customer service with polished communication skills
- Manage emergency protocols and resolve on-site issues proactively

Qualifications
- 2+ years in high-end hospitality or event coordination
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Alaska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical stamina for 8-12 hour shifts with frequent standing/walking
- Alcohol certification (TIPS/LEAD) preferred
- Experience with luxury brand standards and discretion
- Must pass background check and drug screening
