Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and VIP assistance at luxury events
- Manage guest flow and ensure seamless event execution
- Execute setup/breakdown procedures with precision and speed
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and event management teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain premium brand standards at all touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years high-end event or hospitality experience
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Availability for evening/weekend shifts and last-minute bookings
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- Flexibility to work in high-pressure environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous experience at convention centers or large venues preferred
