Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium coffee/espresso beverages with precision and consistency
- Engage warmly with customers, building rapport and personalized experiences
- Maintain immaculate café cleanliness and sanitized workstations
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Manage inventory restocking and quality control of ingredients
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours and special events
- Contribute to seasonal menu development and promotions
Qualifications
- 1+ years café or hospitality experience preferred
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn advanced techniques
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (early mornings, weekends, holidays)
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities
- Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
