Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest registration and check-in procedures
- Manage event flow and crowd control at concerts, festivals, and corporate events
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Operate AV equipment and manage vendor setups as needed
- Enforce venue policies and safety protocols
- Assist with post-event breakdown and equipment inventory
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6+ hours)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license preferred (for transport roles)
