Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences at conferences, festivals, and corporate events
- Manage guest registration, VIP check-ins, and credential verification
- Execute venue setup, décor arrangement, and post-event breakdown
- Provide real-time event support and troubleshoot operational challenges
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols across all event zones
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless event execution
- Collect and report attendee feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or event experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs
- Availability for flexible shifts including nights/holidays
- Professional appearance and polished presentation
- Valid NV driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event technology (registration systems, walkie-talkies)
