Responsibilities
- Execute precise POS transactions with 99.9% accuracy for luxury merchandise
- Deliver personalized customer service exceeding high-end client expectations
- Process complex payment methods including international cards and contactless payments
- Maintain impeccable cash handling procedures with daily reconciliation
- Upsell premium products through consultative selling techniques
- Operate advanced inventory management systems for stock control
- Train junior staff on premium customer service protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in high-volume luxury retail or premium service environments
- Expert proficiency with modern POS systems (Square, Shopify POS, etc.)
- Exceptional cash handling accuracy with proven reconciliation experience
- Fluent in English with multilingual capabilities highly preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Strong problem-solving skills for transaction discrepancies
- Professional appearance and polished communication style
