Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and present specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and artisanal techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Maintain pristine café standards through meticulous cleanliness and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to create a seamless, efficient workflow during peak hours
- Train new staff on brewing techniques, equipment operation, and brand standards

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience with expertise in espresso extraction and latte art
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for creating memorable customer interactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures
- Availability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
