Responsibilities
- Execute seamless guest check-ins and registration processes at premium Austin venues
- Manage VIP sections and provide exceptional service to high-profile attendees
- Coordinate event setup/breakdown including furniture arrangement and technology deployment
- Enforce safety protocols and manage crowd flow during high-traffic events
- Act as brand ambassador through professional appearance and knowledge of event details
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Report operational insights to lead staff for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months customer service or event hospitality experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in dynamic environments
- Strong communication skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of event technology (registration systems, POS)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and navigate crowded venues efficiently
