Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and seasonal creations
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and coffee equipment
- Manage inventory and order supplies efficiently
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash management
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista or food service experience preferred
- Proficient in espresso machine operation and milk steaming
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
