Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience required
- Deep knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing methods
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory
- Food Handler's certification preferred
