Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, teas, and cold brews, following exact recipes and quality standards.
- Greet customers with a smile, take orders accurately, and process payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating area, and restrooms.
- Operate and clean espresso machines and brewing equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.
- Engage with customers to build relationships and ensure a memorable customer experience.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and cleaning duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
