Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of high-quality espresso drinks, teas, and pastries with precision and speed.
- Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines and brewing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, including counters, tables, and restrooms, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and syrups, and communicate restock needs to management.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso preparation, and latte art.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
