Responsibilities
- Execute complex espresso techniques and latte art with precision
- Curate and present premium coffee flights and tasting menus
- Lead customer education on origin stories and brewing methods
- Maintain inventory of premium single-origin beans and equipment
- Train junior baristas on advanced brewing protocols
- Develop seasonal specialty drink menus
- Manage digital ordering systems with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with portfolio of latte art
- SCAA/SCA certification preferred
- Expertise in espresso calibration and extraction science
- Exceptional knowledge of coffee origins and flavor profiles
- Proven ability to train and mentor baristas
- Advanced POS system proficiency
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand 8+ hours
- Food Handler certification required
