Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to weekend guests at our premium hospitality venue
- Manage table reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing role
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
