Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during weekend check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Assist with concierge duties including local attraction recommendations
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest documentation
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Contribute to weekend occupancy reports and operational summaries
- Uphold resort safety and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible shifts)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Basic knowledge of Phoenix attractions and services
- Proficiency with reservation management software
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
