Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm during weekend night shifts
- Maintain clean and organized venue spaces including bars, lounges, and restrooms
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Monitor guest safety and enforce venue protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours for seamless operations
- Report maintenance issues and inventory needs promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Available Friday-Sunday nights (10 PM - 4 AM)
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service roles (where applicable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Reliable transportation for late-night shifts
- Team-oriented attitude and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed
